These website terms provide general information about using VyaparCraft's website and contacting VyaparCraft. Individual projects may be governed by a separate quotation, proposal, statement of work or agreement.

Where accepted project-specific written terms conflict with general website information, the project-specific terms control to the extent applicable.

Website prices are starting points. Exact scope varies with pages, content, design, products, features, integrations, support and other requirements. A public starting price is not an offer to perform unlimited work for that amount.

Projects may involve domain registration, hosting, payment gateways, transaction fees, shipping providers, plugins or apps, APIs, business inbox services, messaging platforms, paid media or assets, and software subscriptions. These providers may apply separate terms, charges and renewal dates.

VyaparCraft does not control a third-party provider's pricing or availability. The applicable project quotation will state the agreed arrangement rather than assuming every external cost is included or excluded.

Depending on the project, customers may need to provide or approve correct business information, content, images and assets they have rights to use, product or service information, feedback, required access or accounts, regulatory or business information relevant to the service, and timely approvals where needed.

Customer-provided logos, copy, photographs, product information, trademarks and other assets should be supplied with the appropriate rights or permission.

Ownership and handover of project-created deliverables will follow the accepted project quotation or agreement. Third-party components, platforms, fonts, plugins, assets and software remain governed by their respective licences and terms.

Payment amounts, stages, due dates and milestones will be stated in the applicable quotation or proposal. Larger projects may use milestone payments when documented for that project.

Cancellation, refund and work-completed treatment will be defined in the relevant quotation or agreement where applicable. VyaparCraft has not adopted a universal cancellation fee or no-refund rule for every project.

Project timelines depend on scope, complexity, customer inputs, approvals and third-party dependencies. Any agreed delivery target should be documented for the individual project; the website does not promise a universal delivery time.

Launch support and ongoing maintenance are separate concepts. A project quotation may define initial support, while ongoing maintenance, content changes, backups, integrations or new features may require a separate arrangement.

VyaparCraft takes reasonable care in providing agreed work, but internet services and external providers can affect availability. The website does not promise uninterrupted uptime, zero bugs, guaranteed search rankings, sales, lead volume or third-party service availability. Any project-specific commitments should be stated in the accepted written terms.
